We were contracted to place large, heavy modular units across three military facilities, each with its own site constraints, strict security protocols, and no time for delays. A 220te crane and a 250te crane were deployed to handle the scale of the loads.

Where the site prevented direct placement, we managed the transhipping of units between cranes, coordinating operations across sites to keep the programme on schedule.

Working within active military environments meant adapting to strict access controls and operational requirements, without slowing the project down.
