The delivery vehicles couldn’t get in. So we found another way.

1 controlled road transhipment completed
0 delays to the programme

Standard delivery vehicles couldn’t get anywhere near the work area. Rather than let access kill the programme, we set up a controlled transhipment in the middle of the road using two HIAB vehicles, transferring the concrete panels onto a smaller vehicle that could navigate the restricted route.

Once in position, the panels were lifted and installed as required. Careful traffic management and sequencing kept everything moving safely and on time.
